Dog Language Videos

Today we’re going to look at two videos, and what each one tells us about the dogs involved. (For those of you who are curious, there more videos on both my YouTube and TikTok. Occasionally they’re even different videos.)

Here we have some casual conversation between dogs that already know each other. Sometimes this subtle “chat” is the hardest to interpret, so don’t feel frustrated if you can’t read it off your dogs right away.

Here is a video of Scout and me, when he was starting to be possessive of his food bowl… with the cat. This is what possessiveness looks like, and how to handle it. (Excuse my PJs; training happens when it happens!)
