Videos: Using dog language for nail trimming

I have a crazy high success rate when it comes to helping dogs with major behavioral problems, despite the fact that I turn no dog away. The reason? I listen to what they’re saying.

Here we have a sweet lab girl, Montequilla, who’s terrified of getting her nails trimmed. While even I can’t solve it entirely in three or four sessions, we sure got a long way!

And sometimes, training and listening is about switching things, which you’ll see.
